
Toasted Italian Sub with Olive Tapenade

- 2 slices Carando® Hot Capicola
- 2 slices Carando® Prosciutto
- 2 slices Carando® Grande Pepperoni
- 2 slices Carando® Genoa Salami
- 1 Italian baguette
- Grated gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive tapanade
Directions
1. Slice bread in half.
2. Sprinkle cheese on both halves of bread.
3. Place under broiler until cheese melts, then remove.
4. Spread olive tapenade onto bread. Add capicola, prosciutto, pepperoni and Genoa salami, then close sandwich.
