Super Simple Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes, with peppers and onions
  • 3 cups cubed Carando® Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In - Hickory Smoked
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine hashbrowns, ham and soup in 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese.
  2. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes or until heated through.
