Preparation

  1. Combine fruit, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley
    Stir in salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
    Slice bread on diagonal (bias) into 16 slices; toast.
  2. Using a fork, mash together Gorgonzola, chavrie
    and butter until blended.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon cheese onto toast.
    Top with 1 tablespoon fruit and 1 to 2 slices prosciutto.
