Pineapple Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seed
- Carando® Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In - Hickory Smoked
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. To serve, spoon over Carando Spiral Sliced Ham slices.
