Ingredients
- 1 Carando® Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In - Hickory Smoked
- 2 (20-oz.) cans crushed pineapple, packed in juice
- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons spicy deli-style mustard
Preparation
- Warm spiral ham according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, combine package of spiral ham glaze mix with all remaining ingredients in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce is reduced by half.
- Remove warm ham from oven and increase oven temperature to 425°F. Brush or spoon glaze over ham and between slices. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Drizzle remaining glaze over slices when serving.
