Pasta Salad Primavera
Ingredients
- 8 oz. pasta garden spirals
- 6 cups assorted fresh vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Carando® Cubed Provolone Cheese
- 3 oz. Carando® Pepperoni - Sliced, cut in half
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Combine all ingredients in large serving bowl; toss to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 8
Ready In 1 hour 20 minutes
Notes
- Add additional Italian dressing if needed.
