Pasta Salad Primavera

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta garden spirals
  • 6 cups assorted fresh vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Carando® Cubed Provolone Cheese
  • 3 oz. Carando® Pepperoni - Sliced, cut in half
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large serving bowl; toss to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Serves 8

Ready In 1 hour 20 minutes

Notes

  1. Add additional Italian dressing if needed.
