Honey Sweet Potato Salsa

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet yellow onion
• 1/2 cup toasted pecans
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• salt, to taste

• Carando® Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In - Hickory Smoked

Preparation

1. Melt butter in large skillet. Add sweet potatoes and onion; stir-fry over high heat until potatoes are tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
3. Serve warm salsa spooned over Carando Spiral Sliced Ham slices.
