Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet yellow onion
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt, to taste

Preparation
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add sweet potatoes and onion; stir-fry over high heat until potatoes are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
- Serve warm salsa spooned over Carando Spiral Sliced Ham slices.
