Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. uncooked Ditalini pasta
- 4 (19-oz.) cans ready-to-eat lentil soup
- 2 (14-oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (10-oz.) jar sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil, diced
- 1/2 lb. Carando® Pepperoni - Link, diced
- 1/4 cup pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Pour lentil soup into large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cooked pasta, season to taste with salt & pepper and serve.
