Ham & Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup chopped Carando® Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In - Hickory Smoked
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 cups milk
Preparation
- Heat oven to 450°F. Cut butter into flour, baking powder and garlic salt with pastry blender (or use 2 knives) until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 450°F. for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
