Genoa Salame with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 7 oz. container prepared basil pesto
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2-4 oz. pkg. Carando® Riserva Speciale Genoa Salame
- 1-7 oz. container olive tapenade
Preparation
- Slice bread on diagonal (bias) into 10 slices; toast.
- Spread 1 tablespoon pesto onto toast. Top with 1 slice
mozzarella, 2 slices tomato and 3 slices salame,
folded in half. - Garnish top with olive tap nade.
