Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low fat or fat free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 5 (9-inch) flour tortillas, regular, sundried tomato or spinach
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed with leaves separated
- 1 bunch green onion(s), washed well with white bulb end removed
- 1 lb. favorite Carando® Italian Deli Meat, thinly sliced
- 5 (1-oz.) slices favorite cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard together to create your bistro sauce.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons bistro sauce onto tortilla. Place 2 Romaine leaves end to end on the upper part of the tortilla. Top with 2 green onions, 3 ounces Carando Deli Meat, and 1 slice cheese. Finish by topping with red pepper strips, carrots and purple cabbage to taste.
- Roll bundle up tightly to form a wrap sandwich, cut and serve. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
