  1. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together to create your bistro sauce.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons bistro sauce onto tortilla. Place 2 Romaine leaves end to end on the upper part of the tortilla. Top with 2 green onions, 3 ounces Carando Deli Meat, and 1 slice cheese. Finish by topping with red pepper strips, carrots and purple cabbage to taste.
  3. Roll bundle up tightly to form a wrap sandwich, cut and serve. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
