Ham Slices - Cured with water, salt, potassium lactate, sugar, sodium phosphates, brown sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, may contain honey, dextrose.
Glaze Liquid - High fructose corn syrup, water, brown sugar, honey, molasses, modified food starch, spices, salt, caramel color, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, .1% potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate (preservative)

Best if used within 180 days of packaging. Use or freeze within 5 to 7 days of opening package.

Cooking Instructions
Boil-in-Bag Directions
Place frozen spiral ham bag in boiling water, making sure that it is covered with water. Boil 35 to 45 minutes or until meat reaches 140°F (20 to 30 minutes for thawed* ham).
Convection Oven Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Remove thawed* spiral ham slices and glaze from bag and arrange in single layer in shallow pan; cover. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meat reaches 140°F.
*Thawing Directions – Thaw spiral ham slices in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours or until thawed. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
Menuing Ideas:
- Perfect on buffet, glaze keeps ham slices moist.
- Serve center of plate with baked sweet potato. Drizzle some of the glaze on potato.
- Sprinkle slices with crushed red pepper and serve on whole wheat roll with caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese for a Jamaican Jerk Ham Sandwich.
